FAQs

1. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All of our ingredients are 100% natural, ethically and sustainably sourced, and never tested on animals. All Nutura products are suitable for vegans — they contain no animal-derived ingredients and are cruelty-free from start to finish.

2. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Nutura products contain essential oils - in the most gentle concentrate making them safe for sensitive skin. Created with soothing, natural ingredients our CSPRs state how safe our products are for skin including healing skin, agitated or problematic skin, delicate skin, even suitable for use on children and babies skin, and pregnant or breast feeding mothers.
However, we always recommend performing a patch test before first use, checking for any known allergens, and reviewing our Ingredients & Cautions page for full details.

3. Are your products hypoallergenic or free from allergens?

We do not claim our products are hypoallergenic, as sensitivities vary from person to person.
You can view a full list of ingredients on our Ingredients & Cautions page to check for any potential allergens.

4. Are your products suitable for eczema, psoriasis, or other skin conditions?

Many of our clients have found Nutura products helpful in soothing, conditioning, and moisturising dry or problematic skin.
They often report reduced redness, itchiness, and dryness, allowing the skin to restore its natural balance.
Our ingredients are chosen to support and protect the skin — nourishing, hydrating, calming, and helping it feel more comfortable.
Please note: our products are not medicated and are not intended to replace medical treatment.

5. What should I do if I have a reaction?

If you experience a mild reaction, rinse the area immediately with clean, cold water and apply a cool compress to ease heat or itching. Stop using the product right away.
If symptoms such as redness, hives, swelling, or itchiness persist, contact your GP.
For severe reactions, cleanse the area as above and seek medical advice immediately.

To help avoid allergic reactions:

  • Always perform a patch test before using any new product.

  • Check our Ingredients & Cautions page before use.

  • Consult your GP if you have any existing skin concerns.

6. Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our tins and boxes are all fully recyclable.
The wooden-effect aluminium lined tins are re-ueable

  • Wash and repurpose your jars and lids for storage or other creative uses.
